CB1 Gallery launches at 207 W. 5th Street during the February art walk. Its inaugural show, “Difference and Repetition features two LA artists–Daniel Aksten and HK Zamani. Aksten’s geometric abstractions distinguish themselves as wall sculpture, shallow relief and painting, while Zamani’s new paintings are occasionally remnants, reformed or transformed and grow out of his earlier dome self-portraits.
